Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Items
Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
